Requiem provides access to digital software products and licence-based services.

General Policy

All purchases are final once access or a licence has been delivered, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed non-delivery of access or licence
  • Duplicate or erroneous billing
  • A verified technical defect that prevents use of the Services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial or unused access
  • System incompatibility
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms or services
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
