REQUIEM — Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Requiem’s websites, software, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.


1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
Where required, parental or guardian consent must be obtained.

You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law.


2. Licence Grant

Requiem grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute licences
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent licensing, access, or security controls

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Services.

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Comply with any third-party terms, rules, or policies that apply to you
  • Acknowledge that Requiem does not control or guarantee outcomes

Requiem does not encourage or endorse misuse of software or violation of third-party rules.


4. Accounts & Termination

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Requiem may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion if these Terms or associated policies are violated.


5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid access may be offered on a one-time or subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.


6. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Requiem makes no warranties regarding availability, compatibility, accuracy, or results.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Requiem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Requiem is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms or services
  • Total liability is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Requiem from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


10. Modifications

Requiem may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
